Lost/Stolen Items: It’s a good idea that all workout gear that you bring to camp should have your initials in permanent marker on them. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced, and it is the camper’s responsibility to take care of their belongings.
Refund Policy:
All requests for refunds must be received by email or fax. All deposits are nonrefundable (NO EXCEPTIONS). If a camper withdraws from the camp for any reason up until 14 days prior to the start of that camp session, tuition will be refunded less the deposit amount. If a camper withdraws after 14 days prior to the start of camp refunds will be considered on an individual basis. If a camper withdraws after 7 days prior to camp NO refunds will be granted. If a camper withdraws from camp for any reason after camp has begun NO refund will be granted. If a refund is granted payment will NOT be processed until after the conclusion of our entire summer camp season. Refunds most likely will NOT be received until sometime in the month of August.
Medical and Insurance Info:
It is our policy that all camp participants must provide proof of medical insurance. If you cannot provide proof of a current medical insurance policy, you cannot attend any Oak Hill Wrestling Camp. A nurse or trainer will be on duty at all times. Because of the rigorous daily schedule, each camper is encouraged to come to camp in top physical condition.
USA Wrestling Cards:
All campers are required to have a USA Wrestling Competitors Card. Please have the card with you at the camp check-in.
Our staff is dedicated to helping you get better and having a great camp experience. Please take advantage of their knowledge and experience. Parents are welcome to visit during the week. We are truly excited that you have chosen to attend our camp on the Hill and we look forward to helping you in any way possible.
